This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable Site Manager with a strong background in volume housebuilding to oversee day-to-day site operations and maintain programme, quality and health & safety standards during the cover period. Site Manager Key Responsibilities: Managing daily site activities and subcontractors. Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Maintaining site health & safety compliance. Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks. Liaising with the Contracts Manager and wider project team. Monitoring progress and reporting on site performance. Ensuring excellent housekeeping standards are maintained across the development. Site Manager Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build residential projects. Valid SMSTS , CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets. Experience working for a housebuilder or residential contractor preferred.
