This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a part time position with flexibility. One working day must be a Friday, while the second weekday can be agreed to suit you. You'll also work one Saturday each month. You'll manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move in, providing an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants. What you'll be doing Registering and qualifying applicants. Arranging and conducting property viewings. Matching applicants to suitable properties. Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants. Progressing applications through to completion. Preparing tenancy paperwork and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Liaising with landlords, tenants and referencing providers. Keeping applicants updated throughout the lettings process. Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants. Working towards individual and team lettings targets. Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system. What you'll bring Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential for this role. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
