We're working with a growing electrical contractor based in Worksop that is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to work directly alongside the business owner and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an electrical background who enjoys variety and wants to be involved in both operational management and project delivery. The successful candidate will act as the owner's right-hand person, supporting everything from planning and coordination to project management and business operations. Initially, the role will be split across operational support, project coordination and office management duties. As the business continues to grow and secure additional work, the role will naturally develop into a more project-focused position with greater responsibility for managing multiple live projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale ground mounted solar farms from inception through to energisation and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who has successfully delivered UK solar projects from cradle to grave and is comfortable managing projects nationwide. The first project will be located in Buckinghamshire , however future schemes will be situated across the UK, therefore flexibility to travel and stay away when required is essential.
