Civils Construction Manager 6 month contract Ipswich (Apply online only) per day (OUTSIDE IR35) Grenn Scout have engaged exclusively with Industry leader withing the Energy division, who provide solutions across private networks, renewable energy, battery energy storage solutions (BESS), data centres, HVDC and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Due to continued success winning multiple new projects, they require a Civils Construction Manager on an initial 6 month contract. As the Civils High Voltage (HV) Construction Manager, you will oversees the civil engineering and infrastructure aspects of high-voltage electrical projects, such as substations, grid connections, and transmission networks (typically 11kV to 400kV). Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of all HV construction activities from mobilisation through to energisation. Manage day-to-day site operations across electrical and civil works. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery. Drive programme performance and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks. Ensure installations are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and technical standards. Oversee quality inspections, testing and commissioning readiness. Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures and industry standards. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and project documentation. 132KV Site Manager 6 month contract Slough (Apply online only) per day (OUTSIDE IR35) Grenn Scout have engaged exclusively with Industry leader withing the Energy division, who provide solutions across private networks, renewable energy, battery energy storage solutions (BESS), data centres, HVDC and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Due to continued success winning multiple new projects, they require a 132KV Site Manager on an initial 6 month contract. As the Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) activities within the designated section of works on the project. The role requires a strong M&E background with a clear understanding of civil interface coordination within a major infrastructure environment. Requirements Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on major infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of HV/LV installations and power distribution systems. Experience working within tunnels, substations, or utility infrastructure. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). CSCS Black Card (Management level). First Aid at Work certification.
