Project Manager Wellingborough £42,000 per annum + OTE and OT (£50k per annum) ENB are working with a client who are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong CAD skills to lead and deliver on projects from sale through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross functional teams, managing client requirements, overseeing technical drawings and ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget and to specification. Day to day you will: Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution and delivery Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, scope, reports and progress updates Produce, review and update CAD drawings to support design, manufacturing and project planning Collaborate with design teams, fabrication and build teams to ensure drawings and specifications are accurate and aligned with project goals Serve as the main point of contact for clients, external partners and internal stakeholders Coordinate equipment, materials and services as required Conduct site visits (where applicable) to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans Skills, experience and background required Proven experience as a Project Manager Proficient with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar) Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications and design principles Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to interpret technical documentation

Home Ownership Officer Letchworth £38k per annum, plus other benefits 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday ENB are working with one of our housing clients in Letchworth who are recruiting for a Home Ownership Officer to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. Are you results driven? Do you have a solid knowledge of Shared Ownership and leasehold knowledge? If so, this could be the role for you. As the Home Ownership Officer, you will provide a customer centric service to prospective and existing leaseholders, freeholders and shared owners to ensure that they are managed in accordance with the terms of their lease, legislation, regulation and best practice. Dealing with all matters relating to the sales process with a real focus on building relationships, ensuring that risk is effectively managed. You will provide and coordinate a sales, lettings and marketing service for all new homes in the development programme and advisory home ownership role for existing Shared Owners across the business. To achieve agreed income targets for the sales of Shared Ownership, future Shared Ownership staircasing and resales activity.
