The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, budgeting, and analysis, with QS skills considered an advantage. While a RICS qualification is preferred, it is not essential. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The role will also involve creating and building effective relationships with third-party suppliers and contractors, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of self-storage development while contributing to the company's ongoing growth and success.
