The Estimator will deliver key business activities including preparing, completing and submitting tender bids on time and with a high degree of accuracy and, carry out site surveys and pre-contract tender negotiations. The Estimator will be expected to manage multiple, competing activities on a daily basis: deliver high standards of customer service by maintaining contact with customers at all stages of the estimating process respond to all enquiries within a reasonable time period use excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on negotiation and influencing to deliver value for money proactively maintain their knowledge of the latest flat roofing materials, products, trends and designs be able to work effectively and considerately as part of a team effectively utilise all relevant computer software to deliver on key objectives
