Procurement Manager Solar & BESS EPC Location: Glasgow Company: Advance Grid Solutions Type: Full-time Permanent Sector: Utility-Scale Solar & Battery Energy Storage (BESS) Compensation: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits We re looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supply chain for large-scale solar PV and BESS EPC projects. You ll manage procurement across modules, inverters, batteries, transformers, and subcontracted works, from tendering through delivery, while working closely with engineering, construction, and finance teams. What You ll Do Lead end-to-end procurement for utility-scale solar & BESS projects Manage vendor selection, RFQs, negotiations, and PO execution Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules using Procore & ERP tools Negotiate and manage contracts under FIDIC and NEC frameworks Support supply chain risk management and project performance What We re Looking For 5+ years procurement experience in energy, EPC, or infrastructure Strong knowledge of solar PV and/or BESS technologies Hands-on experience with Procore and ERP systems Contract management under FIDIC / NEC Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills Why Join Us?
