Project Manager – Steel & Aluminium Windows & Doors Role and Responsibilities Manage glazing projects from initial design through to installation and handover. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and positive working relationships. Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Lead and support site teams, providing guidance, problem-solving, and performance oversight. Monitor project progress and timelines — identifying and addressing potential issues proactively. Ensure all health and safety standards and company policies are adhered to on-site. Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports Drive continuous improvement across all stages of project delivery to enhance efficiency and quality. Represent the company professionally at all times, promoting our values and commitment to excellence. Requirements Proven experience in project management within the glazing and/or construction industry. Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written (Polish language skills a plus, but not essential). Strong team management and leadership abilities. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively. Trustworthy, hardworking, and results-driven approach.
