You will lead and support three practices, ensuring smooth operations, driving growth, and maintaining exceptional patient care. Role Highlights Lead a team across three independent practices in Sheffield Help grow the business alongside the Director Manage rotas, KPIs, training, and staff development Oversee stock selection and ensure high levels of customer care Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 About You Previous experience in optics management Ideally, a qualified Dispensing Optician Strong leadership and customer service skills Passionate about eyewear and improving practice performance Why Apply?
