The Role As a Customer Specialist, you will: Take ownership of property repairs and maintenance cases from start to finish Coordinate works with contractors and liaise with key stakeholders Engage directly with customers to understand and resolve their queries Keep all systems and records up to date, maintaining high-quality, accurate data Provide clear, timely updates to customers and internal teams This role offers the chance to gain broad experience in property operations, while working within a structured and supportive environment.
