In this new post of Head of Operations you will lead, develop, and manage the social housing repairs service, while ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, customer-focused repairs and maintenance service. Responsible for strategic planning, operational performance, compliance, budget control, and continuous improvement of the repairs service, you will have proven senior management experience in a similar service, along with strong knowledge of housing legislation and building regulations. With excellent leadership and people management skills, you will have a track record of driving service improvements and innovation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills along with a comprehensive understanding of compliance and health & safety in social housing repairs is also an essential requirement. Requirements Strong knowledge of housing legislation, landlord responsibilities, and building regulations. Understanding of compliance and health & safety in social housing repairs. Proven senior management experience in a housing repairs or maintenance environment.
