We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Contracts Manager to join OneSchool Global UK, supporting our UK-wide modernisation and capital delivery programme. This is a hybrid role based 2 days per week at our Regional Support Office in Warwick and 3 days travel across our campuses. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial and contractual management of client-side construction and service contracts. You will provide assurance, governance and commercial control across multiple projects, ensuring contracts are managed in line with legal, regulatory and organisational requirements, while delivering value for money and high-quality outcomes. Lead the commercial, contractual and risk management of projects and programmes, serving as the subject matter expert for contract administration, supplier performance and cost control. The role protects the organisation's commercial position, supports informed decision-making and ensures consistent, compliant contract management across the region. Working with stakeholders, consultants and contractors, it oversees governance from procurement to final account, including change control, performance, risk and reporting. This is a hybrid role can be based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick or from home / remote working. There will be extensive travel to our 24 campuses across the UK, Scotland and Ireland. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will play a key role in optimising regional performance by driving building standards, quality assurance and cost efficiencies. The key purpose of this role is to develop and deliver a strategic framework that provides "best in class" processes and practices, embedding sustainable building efficiencies, effective design standards and specifications for all core building services. As the subject matter expect, you will have in depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other building systems, including their design, operation and maintenance. With the responsibility of ensuring the business complies with industry standards, codes of practice, regulations and law. Working in collaboration with the regional teams you will develop and implement design standard specifications, lifecycles planning and contractual service agreements for critical building services.
