Project Manager - Data Centre Networks & Structured Cabling Location: Dartford (Hybrid) We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist technology infrastructure provider that delivers network infrastructure, structured cabling, and connectivity solutions into mission-critical data centre environments. With a growing portfolio of projects across the UK and Europe, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale cabling and network infrastructure installations within data centres. Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations. Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and customers. Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site-specific requirements. Support commissioning activities and final project handovers. Drive continuous improvement and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout project delivery. Desired Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, structured cabling, network infrastructure, or data centre environments. Experience delivering structured cabling projects including copper and fibre installations. Understanding of data centre infrastructure and critical environments. Knowledge of network deployments, containment systems, and connectivity projects. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and reporting. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to work within fast-paced and technically complex environments. BMS Design Engineer - Fully Remote Remote Contract I'm currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Design Engineer to join a specialist organisation delivering complex data centre and critical infrastructure projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a controls professional with strong Building Management Systems design experience who is looking to work on large-scale, mission-critical environments whilst enjoying the flexibility of a remote contract position. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of Building Management Systems and controls architecture across a portfolio of high-specification projects. Working closely with engineering, construction and commissioning teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration and delivery of critical automation systems. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed BMS design documentation, including points schedules, control panel layouts, wiring schematics and control strategies. Design and develop BMS network architectures using protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review technical submissions, RFIs and contractor proposals. Support FAT and SAT activities and assist with commissioning processes. Estimator - Construction - Milton Keynes We are working on behalf of an established Main Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator who is comfortable managing high-value, complex tenders and taking responsibility for the estimating process from initial enquiry through to final submission. The Role Working closely with the Pre-Construction and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate and commercially competitive tenders across a range of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and preparing tenders from initial review through to final submission Reviewing drawings, specifications, tender documentation and bills of quantities Completing detailed take-offs and preparing accurate cost estimates Producing tender programmes and identifying key commercial risks and opportunities Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations Developing competitive procurement strategies for each tender Working closely with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and the wider pre-construction team Attending tender review meetings and contributing to bid strategy Carrying out value engineering to identify potential cost savings and alternative solutions Ensuring submissions are commercially robust, accurate and delivered within tender deadlines Supporting tender handovers to the operational and commercial teams following successful awards We are looking for an experienced construction Estimator who has previously worked within a Main Contractor environment and understands the demands of competitive tendering.
