Project Manager Structured Cabling We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of structured cabling projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial environments. The role is responsible for managing projects from initial survey through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients while overseeing site operations, documentation, reporting, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of structured cabling projects Conduct site surveys, project planning, and risk assessments Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, materials, and site resources Monitor project progress, budgets, and reporting Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards Maintain accurate project documentation, RAMS, and O&M manuals Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams Oversee Junior Project Managers and Site Managers Requirements 5+ years experience in structured cabling project/site management Strong knowledge of copper and fibre optic cabling systems Familiar with UK standards and regulations Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK Desirable Qualifications PRINCE2, PMP, or APM certification ECS/CSCS certification SMSTS/SSSTS Experience with AutoCAD or Visio Manufacturer certifications (e.g. Excel, Commscope, Panduit)

2X Gold Card Electricians Required Location: Link Centre Swindon Duration: 3 months Rate: 240 - 250 Job Purpose To carry out electrical installation, testing, inspection, maintenance, and remedial works as part of a commercial insurance refurbishment project, ensuring all work complies with current regulations, project specifications, and health and safety requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Installation Works Install containment systems including tray, trunking, conduit, basket, and cable management systems. Install and terminate power, lighting, emergency lighting, and distribution circuits. Install wiring and cabling in accordance with project drawings and specifications. Install and connect distribution boards, isolators, switchgear, and associated equipment. Carry out alterations and upgrades to existing electrical installations. Refurbishment & Insurance Reinstatement Works Remove damaged electrical installations affected by fire, flood, impact, or other insured events. Assess existing installations and identify defects or non-compliant works. Carry out reinstatement works to restore electrical services to pre-loss condition or current regulatory standards. Liaise with site management regarding variations, defects, and additional works. Documentation & Communication Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules. Complete daily work records and progress updates. Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure programme requirements are met. Attend site meetings and toolbox talks as required. Required Qualifications NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). City & Guilds 2365/2330 or equivalent. BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition). ECS/CSCS Card. Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) preferred. Experience Proven experience in commercial refurbishment projects. Experience working on insurance reinstatement or fit-out projects desirable. Competent in installation, fault finding, testing, and commissioning. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team. Expected Deliverables Safe and compliant electrical installations. Completion of works within programme deadlines. Accurate testing and certification records. High-quality workmanship in accordance with project specifications and insurance reinstatement requirements.
