Junior Project Manager wanted for a busy Metalwork firm working across London Focusing on the architectural side of metalwork, our client specialises in handrails, balustrades, staircases and general metalwork in mild and stainless steel. Working within the commercial sector, they have secured multiple projects across London with a strong pipeline of work for the next two years. The ideal applicant will have experience in architectural metalwork and be ready to progress into a project management role, assisting on prestigious projects across London under supervision. All projects will be managed from inception through to completion for blue chip clients throughout London. Duties include: • Scheduling of works • Risk identification and management • Overall quality control • Responsibility for delivering projects on time and within budget • Managing and meeting project expectations • Liaising with all relevant parties involved in the contract (workshop, site management and client teams) We would prefer applicants with a CAD or drawing office background, although all suitable applicants will be considered. Currently looking for a wet trades Handyman / Brick Pointer for a contract in the Woolwich area, Inspect and assess condition of existing mortar joints. Rake out or grind defective mortar to proper depth. Mix and apply new mortar compatible with the existing type (lime-based or cement-based). Finish pointing to match existing style (flush, recessed, weather-struck, tuck, etc.). Clean and tidy brick faces after completion. Perform minor masonry repairs or patchwork as required.

Will be building a garage, previous experience is essential. Will need to have there own tools and transport (free parking)

Fabricator Welders wanted in Oundle, Northamptonshire. Structural steelwork fabrication. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is looking for long term work in the Northampton area. You will be marking out beams, making box sections, angles, brackets, bridge sections, platforms and walkways. Fabricators must be able to read and correctly interpret skilled engineering drawings and be fully conversant with the MIG/ MAG welding process. Applicants must be in possession of their own welding mask and workshop safety wear including air-fed welding shield. Ongoing work for the right applicants. 9hrs per day and weekend work on offer.
