They deliver high end retail, leisure and prestigious residential projects mainly in central London. clients include Rolex, Mappin &Webb, Salvatore Ferragamo, Park Chinois, Spring, Heckfield Place, and many private residences. The company is experiencing a very high demand for its quality work, so the person we are looking for must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. You must be able to work 4 days a week in central London. You will be working alongside the Commercial Director as the number one QS. Salary c 65000 - 70,000.

High end interior fit out company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager. This award winning contractor is a specialist in high end retail stores ( rolex, mappin & webb, Salvatore Ferragamo, Boghossian ) restaurants ( Park Chinois, heckfield place, imperial Treasure ) and residential projects, based in Covent Garden they have been operating for 30 + years completing many prestigious projects. This is a key position as we are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversea a small team of project managers and Ass PM's. Additionally the role will lead to a Director role within a couple of years as the current Contracts Director is looking to retire once a suitable person is in place and understands the workings & structure of the company.
