Strong background in delivering high-rise residential projects, (essential). Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Capable of managing multiple project elements and driving progress independently. Degree/HNC/HND in Construction Management or a related field. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and other standard management certifications. Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
