They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of technically complex projects. This role offers excellent career progression for someone looking to grow into a full Project Manager position. Candidates from any construction sector are encouraged to apply. What you ll do Support Project Managers with planning, programming and progress reporting Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams Monitor project performance, tracking milestones and deliverables Help prepare method statements, risk assessments and H&S inspections Liaise with procurement to arrange equipment, materials and logistics Attend site meetings, recording actions and feeding back to project leads Contribute to quality assurance processes, documentation and reporting What we re looking for Experience in construction project delivery, ideally in a site-based role Knowledge of project management processes, H&S standards and commercial issues Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint) Relevant qualifications (CSCS and SMSTS desirable, or willingness to obtain) What s in it for you Competitive salary, annual bonus, pension and benefits Site-based role with hybrid flexibility between home, office and site, though must spend 2-3 days a week at our client's offices on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
