CDM Advisor Help shape the safety and compliance standards of one of the UK's most significant energy infrastructure programmes. This role offers excellent career development within a growing and future-focused sector. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review compliance with CDM and health and safety requirements. Maintain and manage Master Design Risk Registers across multiple work packages. Prepare, update and distribute Pre-Construction Information documentation. Coordinate the flow of health and safety information between project stakeholders. Review and manage Health and Safety Files throughout project delivery. Assess designer compliance with CDM regulations and risk management obligations. Facilitate design reviews and monitor design-related safety risks. Ensure residual risks are identified, communicated and appropriately managed. Support the management of design changes impacting health and safety. Engage with designers, contractors and project teams to promote best practice and compliance. Qualifications & Requirements Professional membership of a recognised construction or engineering institution. Validated health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent. Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction health and safety legislation. Understanding of Nuclear Site Licence requirements and regulated environments. Proven experience within CDM, construction safety or design risk management. Ability to review and challenge design risk assessments and documentation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong decision-making and issue resolution capability. Ability to influence project teams and drive positive safety outcomes. Knowledge of power station, EPR or nuclear plant design would be advantageous. What's in it for you? Construction Planner / Planning Engineer Play a pivotal role in delivering one of the UK's largest and most complex energy infrastructure projects by driving construction planning excellence from installation through to commissioning. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Planner to contribute to a nationally significant programme at the forefront of the UK's energy transition. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will develop and maintain integrated construction schedules that support the successful delivery of major mechanical, electrical and HVAC works. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules across MEH installation activities. Integrate mechanical, electrical and HVAC works into programme-wide plans. Qualifications & Requirements Experience in construction planning within major engineering or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) delivery processes. Understanding of mechanical, electrical or construction environments. Strong programme planning, forecasting and progress monitoring experience. Proficiency in construction scheduling and project controls methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of construction methods, labour planning and plant utilisation. Understanding of resource-loaded schedules and integrated planning principles. Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, ICE, CIBSE or similar is advantageous. What's in it for you?
