There is scope for career progression as they look to grow the business in the Gloucestershire area. Contracts comprising Roads, 278 works, Structures, Drainage & associated civils works Key Responsibilities as a Civils Project Manager: Oversee all civils site activities. Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and timelines. Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth progress. Liaise with Senior Managers, design teams, and client representatives. Maintain accurate site records, reporting on progress, delays, and variations. Ensure Health & Safety compliance. Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements as a Civils Project Manager: Proven experience as a Civils Project Manager Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction practices and procedures. SMSTS certification (essential). Valid CSCS card (essential). First Aid qualification (desirable). Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively. Strong communication and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence.
