With over 70 years of experience, Maycroft Construction delivers projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, aged care, civic, community, heritage, seismic strengthening, and social housing sectors. Renowned for their collaborative pre‑construction and ECI approach, they maintain enduring relationships with key stakeholders, customers and consultants, with much of their work sourced through repeat business and trusted partnerships. About the Role: • Lead the estimation process for a diverse range of commercial construction projects • Prepare accurate cost plans and competitive tenders from concept through to submission and handover • Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure robust and innovative solutions • Drive ECI processes, value engineering, and risk analysis • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the commercial construction sector • Strong knowledge of Design Build, ECI and competitive tendering methodologies • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software (eg.
