You'll be completing grounds maintenance works at Sovereign Network Group's properties so you'll need a passion to work outdoors whatever the weather! The role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of outsourced fire and security cyclical, planned, reactive and small project works across our portfolio. Working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders, you will ensure compliance obligations are met while delivering a high-quality, value-for-money service for our customers. Utilising your contractor management expertise, you will oversee performance against term contracts and framework agreements, ensuring all outsourced activities are delivered in line with SNG specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards. You will play a key role in driving contractor performance, maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting the continuous improvement of our fire and security services. Key Accountabilities include: Identifying and understanding all current statutory legal requirements, guidance, and best practices relating to fire and security systems, ensuring that SNG fully meets its compliance obligations. Liaising with and raise any concerns to Asset Safety and Compliance team as required. Supporting the Procurement team as required on procurement exercises to ensure contracts are awarded appropriately and in line with SNG's requirements. Leading on the creation and delivery of the reporting of any planned or cyclical programmes and maintenance programmes to ensure compliance and key performance indicators performance.
