Quantity Surveyor The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in groundworks, civil and general building and is willing to progress to a Senior Surveyor level within a supportive working environment over time. The full time employed role will involve, but not limited to: Managing the day-to-day surveying, estimating, take off etc Tendering for our smaller projects with a value range of 3k to 250k Support the team in any post tender negotiations Procurement of project materials Reconciliation of pricing with our team during projects Work as part of the existing team to support their daily activities Meeting clients and discussing their needs, following up with pricing and quotations Compiling and submitting payment applications and/or invoices for projects in a timely manner Creating and maintaining internal rates database Sub-contractor sourcing prices, agreement orders, liabilities Assisting the MD in bid analysis and contract negotiations Cost planning & budgeting forecasting for monthly reporting.
