They support over 1,800 vulnerable people each year, helping individuals live independently and with dignity across Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex, and South-West London.They're now seeking a Building Surveyor/Project Manager to take the lead on decarbonisation, retrofit, and planned capital investment across their housing stock - helping meet Net Zero ambitions while improving lives on the ground. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Hold an HNC/HND or City & Guilds level or equivalent in a relevant discipline preferably with a professional membership e.g., IET or CIBSE. A recognised formal Project Management qualification, with an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management. Experience: A Team player who is practical, flexible and proactive with the strength to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ability to utilise undertaken analysis of survey information and other related estates data to provide succinct Scope of Works to support Change, the Lifecycle Plan and AMP. Skills: Technically competent with the ability to think analytically in a logical and systematic manner which shows a structured approach to organising work. Have excellent people, time and project management skills with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
