They support over 1,800 vulnerable people each year, helping individuals live independently and with dignity across Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex, and South-West London.They're now seeking a Building Surveyor/Project Manager to take the lead on decarbonisation, retrofit, and planned capital investment across their housing stock - helping meet Net Zero ambitions while improving lives on the ground. You'll drive forward the Warm Homes Programme, managing upgrades from insulation to full-scale refurbishments, across kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, and more.
