We are supporting their recruitment for an ambitious, motivated, and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead the Gloucester team to continued success. This is a full time, permanent position working 9:00am 17:30pm Monday to Friday plus alternative weekends including Saturdays 09:00am 13:00pm with a day off in the week. This position can offer a basic salary of £32,000 plus OTE in the region of £50-60K for producing a high-performing team. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, leading a high-energy sales team and ensuring the branch delivers exceptional results. You will oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, setting targets, implementing strategy, and maintain the company commitment to excellent customer care. Branch Manager main duties: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and lettings professionals Drive branch performance to meet and exceed sales, instruction, and revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants Ensure the branch delivers outstanding customer service at every stage of the property journey Conduct market appraisals and secure new business opportunities Manage compliance, administration, and operational efficiency Represent the brand within the community, maintaining a professional and proactive presence Branch Manager required skills and experience: Proven experience in Estate Agency at Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager level Strong track record of achieving sales and business targets Confident leader with excellent communication and people-management skills Highly organised, commercially minded, and motivated by success Skilled in negotiation with a professional, customer-first approach Full UK driving licence If you re an ambitious estate agency professional looking to take the next step in your career, we d love to hear from you. This is a full time, permanent position working 9:00am 17:30pm Monday to Friday plus alternative weekends including Saturdays 09:00am 13:00pm with a day off in the week, offering a salary up to £35,000 pending experience, plus uncapped commission. As Sales Manager, you ll be at the heart of the sales operations, driving performance, motivating the team, and ensuring outstanding customer experience from start to finish. You ll manage day-to-day sales activity, set targets, and play a key role in building strong relationships with clients. Previous experience in a similar role is essential to be considered.
