Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site and project teams Supporting design development and construction planning Work closely with the Contracts Manager to confirm that suitable labour, plant and subcontractor resources are in place, using approved agencies and suppliers. Manage site setup, facilities and logistics efficiently, ensuring all plant and equipment is appropriate for the works and operated only by trained and competent personnel. Arrange and coordinate material orders, managing deliveries to align with the construction programme and procurement timelines. Coordinate with the design team to support the timely issue of drawings and technical information, working through the Design Manager where applicable, particularly on design-and-build schemes.
