Workshop Supervisor Location: Derby Salary: 40,000 to 55,000 (Dependant on Experience) Industry: Structural, Steel, Fabrication An opportunity has opened for a Workshop Supervisor to join a construction company based in Derby. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Works / Workshop / Factory supervisor or similar and will have a background working in structural steel, heavy engineering or an industrial environment. Workshop Supervisor Key Skills: Experienced Works / Workshop / Factory Supervisor or Foreman Experience in the structural industry or similar like heavy engineering / industrial Excellent working knowledge of fabrication and CNC processes Leadership skills and a background supervising 20+ people Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings Understanding of production processes and workflow Excellent operational skills Workshop Supervisor Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a factory of around 40 people Ensuring processes are running smoothly over multiple departments Coordinate daily workflow to ensure targets are hit and schedules are met Overseeing the production flow from start to finish Liaising with the H&S Manager and Quality Manager Drive continuous improvement Act as the primary point of contact for operations along with the Works Manager If you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Workshop Supervisor, please apply with your latest CV.

Tekla Draughtsperson Location: Derby Salary: 45,000 to 52,000 Industry: Structural, Steelwork An opportunity has opened for a Tekla Draughtsperson to join a construction company based in Derby. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience using Tekla Structures (3D) and will have experience detailing heavy structural steelwork. You will be joining the drawing office team and working alongside project engineers so you will be involved in projects from start to finish.
