This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with a collaborative and supportive culture. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger function while supporting the wider finance team. Key Responsibilities: Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes. Reviewing invoice coding and resolving any discrepancies. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding queries. Assisting with supplier payment runs. Maintaining accurate supplier records within the finance system. Sorting and distributing incoming post relating to the finance department. Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Identifying opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and controls. Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required. About You: Previous experience working within an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger position. Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business. Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems. A proactive approach with a willingness to improve processes.
