Assist in tender preparation, cost planning, and bid support. Track design changes and ensure all variations are captured and agreed. Assess subcontractor applications and monitor their performance. Review and report progress against the works programme. Maintain budgetary control and prepare cost-to-completion forecasts . Issue and manage Early Warning Notices (EWNs) in line with contract requirements. Support Project Managers with contractual and commercial advice. Liaise with the Legal team to prepare and review sub-contracts. What We're Looking For Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field. 10+ years' experience in a similar role within Utilities, Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, or M&E industries . Strong commercial acumen and numerical analysis skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines . Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Sound understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC ). Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
