Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support construction activities on a utility-scale solar farm project. This role involves assisting crews with site preparation, material handling, fencing installation, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with installation of perimeter and interior fencing Distribute and stage materials and tools across the job site Load and unload equipment, supplies, and solar components Maintain site cleanliness by removing debris and organizing work areas Support skilled trades and equipment operators as needed Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned Qualifications: CSCS Card Driving License Prior construction or outdoor labor experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation to and from the job site Commitment to workplace safety This position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing renewable energy industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
