Site Manager - Pitched Roofing Woking £50000 - £60000 + Car Allowance or Company Car + Benefits + Bonus We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to deliver Planned Roofing Works, full re roofing projects and new build projects All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, we are looking for candidates with experience working for a specialised roofing contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Site Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the Quality, Team and Site and leading a team of subcontractors. This is a purely site based role and you will need to be able to work safely at height to perform daily inspections on the roofs. Key skills/ requirements: • Ensure the delivery of the projects within budget and time scales • Experience as a Site Manager delivering social housing / planned roofing maintenance projects • Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget • Focus on quality, customer service and deliver • Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works • Client and tenant satisfaction • Process Management • Management of the customer • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract • Customer liaison skills

Contracts Manager West Region Region Covered: West England Bristol to Southampton Salary: £60,000 £70,000 per annum + car allowance,bonus,package Direct Reports: Approx. 10 team members We are recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee operations across our client's western region, covering areas from Bristol to Southampton. This role is pivotal in managing delivery for their social housing/planned maintenance contracts. We are looking for a highly organised and strategic individual who has previously managed high-volume, multi-site operations and can effectively lead a large team. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong planning, team leadership, and client relationship skills, with a background in social housing or property maintenance being essential.

Labourer Cscs Our clients are a specialist Refurbishment and Roofing Contractor based in Essex They are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join the team. Must be Cscs 15 per hour starting rate . Hours are 8am-4pm Initial work is moving materials around site and assisting the fixers. On the job learning and progression is possible with this company and this particular job will be for 2 - 3 months. They have many similar sites and for the right work ethic, a long term career could be discussed

Plumber - Canary Wharf Our clients are a 70m turnvover M&E specialist Contracrtor and they have a position available for a Plumber on their Canary Wharf site They are currently Second Fixing and Fitting out a Block of Luxury New Build Apartments so the work will be fixing and brand new installs Final handover for site is between April and June 2026 and the best staff will be kept on at least until then Cards / Tickets / Qualifications must be valid and up to date and be siufficient to work on a live building site
