Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives / Multi Traders £32,500 £37,500 basic + £2,000 first-year retention bonus + paid travel time, enhanced travel payments & overtime Full-time Permanent Monday - Friday Maidstone Mobile role covering Kent, Sussex, Surrey & the South East Join Faber Building Services Ltd Due to continued growth, we're looking for two experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives / Multi Traders to join our team. We specialise in remedial and aftercare work on new-build homes across the South East. We're looking for experienced all-rounders who take pride in their work, deliver a high-quality finish and are professional when working in customers' homes. The Role You'll carry out a varied range of remedial and aftercare works in occupied and newly completed homes, including: Painting and decorating Carpentry and joinery Tiling, grouting and finishing Silicone application and finishing General property repairs and snagging No two days are the same, so you'll need to be confident working independently across a range of trades while also being part of a supportive team. What We're Looking For Experience in property maintenance or multi-trade work Competence across a range of trades High standards of workmanship and attention to detail Professional and customer-focused approach Reliable with good communication skills Full UK driving licence CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
