Electrical Estimator Cardiff £65,000 £75,000 + Package ️ Leading Building Services Contractor Major Projects Career Progression Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for your next challenge with a forward-thinking M&E contractor? This is an excellent opportunity to join one of South Wales most respected building services teams, delivering landmark commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments across the region. You ll play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering process , working on projects from concept to submission. This position offers both autonomy and collaboration , with a supportive estimating and design team around you and a clear route into senior management for those with ambition. The Role Prepare accurate and detailed electrical estimates for a variety of major projects Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications Manage enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing Support bid submissions and attend adjudication meetings Collaborate closely with the mechanical estimating team and pre-construction department What You ll Need Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the building services industry Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in commercial and industrial projects Confident with estimating software (e.g. Amtech, Estimation, Contract Master) and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organisational skills What s On Offer Competitive salary of £65,000 £75,000 (DOE) Pension, bonus and flexible working arrangements Opportunity to work on flagship projects in South Wales and beyond Supportive, people-first culture with genuine career progression If you re ready to take the next step in your estimating career and want to be part of a contractor known for its quality, collaboration, and long-term client relationships we d love to hear from you.
