Role Purpose: Play a key role in the site integrated H&S team Champion the HPC Way including its pillars Accountabilities: Ensure the Health and Standards of the HPC project are consistently met. Give competent advice across a multi-functional / discipline project Carry out all duties with full regard to all the MEH policies and procedures. Build relationships with other Tier 1 s and the Principal Contractor Monitor the working practices of MEH employees and contractors regarding health and safety, environment and welfare. Carry out HSE inspections across the site, including at height, in confined spaces etc. Report any trends to relevant discipline manger as soon as identified. Undertake such additional tasks as are reasonably commensurate with the level of the post. Provide competent specialist advice on identified topics, specifically COSHH. Ensure MEH duty of care responsibilities are implemented following any incident. 90% Site 10% office based. Key Deliverables: Conduct 1 inspections and observation of MEH site activities and sub-contractor operations per shift and record within insight. Intervene when unsafe practices are observed, offer solutions to observations made. Participate in training and support become H & S subject matter experts. Play activate role in supporting accident incident management and investigation. Have knowledge and understanding of MEH site procedures, monitor compliance within the field. Support as required all MEH site HSESS Functions Minimum Qualifications/ Experience : NEBOSH general certificate/NEBOSH construction certificate or equivalent. Strong construction background with a minimum 5 years experience. Additional Qualifications/ Experience : Ideally an individual with a background in COSHH, DSEAR. IOSH membership or similar. Suitable site experience in a similar role, preferably in the nuclear industry. Willing to undertake Level 3 Award in Education and Training/ PTLLS or equivalent if required. Basic understanding of Nuclear site Licence Conditions. An investigative mind and a keen eye for detail. As required complete trade specific training to support safe delivery on MEH works. Auditing qualification or demonstrable knowledge experience within auditing. Knowledge or SG4.15 and TG20.13, work at height regulations. Knowledge of Blasting and Coatings standards (ICATS). Electrical Background or experience working with electrical teams. Working knowledge of Lifting and Rigging standards and practices (LOLER). Excellent written and spoken communication skills in order to explain HSE procedures and expectations to a range of people. Working knowledge of the Health and Safety regulations. NACE Level 2 or ICORR Level 2 or ONC/HNC/HND/C&G/Recognised Apprenticeship in relevant discipline and Competency based interview. Additional Qualifications / Experience: 1. Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas. 2. Your mission is to ensure discipline-specific LTQR (Lifetime Quality Records) deliverables are captured, verified, and completed on time, aligned with project milestones and deadlines supporting End of Erection Status Reports (EESR). Key Responsibilities: You ll act as the single point of contact for HVAC records across the site. You ll provide technical oversight and liaison with MEH Site Leads and Assurance Leads. You ll collaborate directly with MEH Completions Team regarding Construction Transfer Packages (CTP) and EESR. You ll capture and perform technical review of HVAC-specific records to support Area LTQR Coordinators in delivering complete and compliant LTQRs. You ll manage HVAC-specific Level of Documentation (LOD) across project areas; track installation status, asset verifications, and completions. You ll ensure full understanding of project Scope of Work, Contract Specifications, Nuclear Standards, and all relevant documentation. You ll verify AS9 IWOCs and track task completion upon A-Acceptance in Teamcenter. What You ll Bring to the Role: You pay attention to detail and have a sense of urgency for delivery. You re confident in stakeholder engagement, able to liaise with a variety of disciplines and teams. You have a sound understanding of nuclear project environments and high-integrity documentation. Qualifications & Requirements: Essential: You have recognised qualifications in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering: ONC, HNC, HND, City & Guilds or equivalent. You have successfully completed a competency-based interview as per MEH onboarding requirements. You have excellent IT and EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) skills, including metadata management. You have experience in QA/QC environments within nuclear or safety-critical industries. Desirable: ACI (Air Conditioning Inspector) or Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) qualifications. Beneficial NDT qualifications (VT, PT, RT Level 2). Experience working on major infrastructure or nuclear projects. Familiarity with Alliance Agreement Projects and multi-disciplinary team coordination. Accountabilities: Ensure site based LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures. Key Deliverables: 1. Compile, review and submit scope LTQR deliverables, ensure for compliance to requirements. 2. Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End to End configuration control. 3. Prepare data reports when required on document status for LTQR Manager. 4. Assist with production of LTQR handover packs 5. Assist Area LTQR Co-ordinators to ensure appropriate LTQR s are submitted for work packages as required by contract. 6. Review LTQR s for accuracy and adequacy of content to allow the compilation of lifetime records to support End of Erection Status Reports. Minimum Qualifications / Experience: Competency Based Interview. 1. Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas. 2. You will act as the central point of contact between engineering, quality, construction, and commissioning teams ensuring that every test pack is complete, accurate, and fully aligned with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards. Key Responsibilities: You ll serve as the single point of contact for all hydrostatic test documentation (Hydro Test Records) across the project. You ll provide technical expertise and liaison with MEH Site Management and Assurance Leads. You ll interface with MEH completions and commissioning teams regarding Construction Transfer Packages (CTP) and End of Erection Status Reports (EESR) You ll lead the compilation, the review, and approval process for hydro test records related to piping systems, pressure vessels, and associated components. You ll ensure test documentation is fully traceable, complete, and compliant with project and client specifications. You ll collaborate with QA/QC Inspectors, Test Supervisors, Engineers, and Document Control to monitor the status of hydro test packs. You ll maintain and regularly update trackers, registers, and databases to support project reporting and records transparency. You ll support field walkdowns, punch list management, and resolution of outstanding items required for record closeout. You ll review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), weld maps, NDT records, and pressure test reports for alignment and completeness. You ll liaise with client representatives for timely test pack approvals and documentation handover. You ll participate in audits and provide traceability evidence for hydro test records as required. You ll assist in refining and improving test record processes, procedures, and templates across the project. What You ll Bring to the Role: You have a strong technical mindset with a solid foundation in hydrostatic testing, welding, and quality records. You have proven ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and teams, managing documentation flow in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. You re detail-focused, highly organised, and able to keep multiple record sets on track. You re confident in communication, both written and verbal, with internal teams and client representatives. Qualifications & Requirements: Essential: You have a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant STEM discipline). You have a minimum 5 10 years of experience in oil & gas, energy, or major industrial construction projects. You have a solid understanding of hydrostatic testing procedures and documentation requirements. You re familiar with welding and NDT record integration. You re proficient in Microsoft Excel and maintaining test pack trackers/registers. Desirable: Experience with digital turnover/handover systems and electronic document control platforms. Working knowledge of ASME B31.3, EN standards, and other industry codes. Strong grasp of project quality documentation and turnover processes. Experience supporting or leading internal/external audits. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. This role offers you the opportunity to shape the successful delivery of one of the most complex infrastructure projects in the UK. Key Responsibilities: As our Building Lead HQ, you ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful, safe, and timely construction of one or more allocated buildings on-site. You ll champion Health, Safety & Nuclear Safety Culture across the full lifecycle of your building(s), leading by example. You ll support the Area Lead in coordinating daily construction activities, engineering inputs, and work progress. You ll lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, ensuring aligned, efficient and high-quality delivery. You ll coordinate with the Principal Contractor (NNB) to ensure all activities comply with CDM regulations. You ll ensure interface alignment between MEH partners, subcontractors, and other contractors to guarantee access, sequencing and safety. You ll manage SIP scope activities (Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting) and ensure discipline integration through Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC leads. You ll oversee and validate construction documentation, including the List of Applicable Documents (LAD), Design Work Packs (DWP), and access strategies. You ll track and report progress, productivity, and forecasting data using tools like Procon. You ll ensure compliance with specifications and nuclear site licence conditions. You ll support change management within the building, maintaining tight control over scope, documentation and delivery plans. You ll monitor the constructability process and contribute engineering insights to optimise sequencing and efficiency. What You ll Bring to the Role: You re a strong leader capable of uniting teams, managing contractors, and navigating complex interfaces.
