As a Multi Trader it would be ideal if you can carry out multi trade works such as, Tiling, patch plastering, Carpentry and plumbing. You must have your own tools and have previous social housing/domestic experience. Kitchens and bathrooms. Daily responsibilities of Multi Trader are: Be able to carry out general repairs, kitchen fitting & bathroom fitting on both void and occupied properties Joinery or plumbing bias so must have relevant qualifications as well as your core guidetrade you must be competant at completing other basic Identify faults with existing elements and repair as required Undertake works to a high standard on a first time fix basis where possible Providing a high level of customer service Work independently as well as part of a team Submission of daily and weekly reports accurately and on time Requirments of Multi Trader: Must have full UK driving license Must have 10 years minimum experience especially in plumbing, carpentry or both Benefits of Multi Trader role: Odd Saturdays available Van and fuel supplied 08:00am-17:00pm Other perks If you are interested in hearing more about the vacancy please apply to the advert or send your CV.
