What you will be doing Work alongside the Wetpour Installation Team Leader and Wetpour Screeder on projects across the UK. Measure and mix rubber granules and binder using forced-action or pan mixers. Load, unload, move and prepare tools and materials. Support the screeders during pouring, levelling, trowelling and finishing. Help with site preparation, edges, masking, cleaning and housekeeping. Keep mixing equipment, tools and work areas clean and organised. Help the team keep projects safe, organised and moving to programme. What we are looking for Practical construction, groundworks, landscaping, surfacing, playground-installation or outdoor site experience. A reliable, practical approach and the ability to work well as part of a small team. Good attention to safe working practices and accurate material preparation. Willingness to travel countrywide and stay away when projects require it. Experience that would be useful Wetpour, rubber crumb, resin-bound, artificial-grass or playground-surfacing experience. Experience using a CreteAngle, Baron or another forced-action or pan mixer. A current CSCS card and full UK driving licence would be useful but are not essential.
