The Project A high-end development comprising a 100+-bed care home and luxury apartments , with a total M&E value of £6-7 million . The project has a 15-month programme and is now entering key stages of delivery. The Role You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical installations , ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
