We re recruiting for a Senior Contract/Project Manager to join a growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across Civil Engineering, Retail Fuel & EV Infrastructure and Petrol Station & Roadside Construction. You'll oversee full project lifecycles, from pre-construction planning through to final handover. Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key leadership role managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships, while driving programme performance and commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage work programmes, budgets, and resources Ensure site delivery meets safety and quality standards Lead change control, handover, and close-out processes Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and valuations Manage and mentor contract/site teams What You ll Need: 5 7 years in a Contracts or Project Management role within Civil Engineering Strong knowledge of construction contracts and site operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Degree in Construction Management or related field Full UK driving licence Benefits Include: 28 days holiday (incl. bank hols) + extra annual accrual Health cash plan, life insurance & cycle to work scheme Holiday buy/sell scheme Interested?
