We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bricklaying supervisor to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the activities of bricklayers and hod carriers in London , ensuring that all projects are completed on time. £240 - £260 per day Key Responsibilities : . Supervise and lead a team of bricklayers and Hod carriers. . Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget. . Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. . Monitor and enforce safety regulations and company policies. . Maintain accurate records materials, labour, and project progress. . Coordinate with other trades and contractors as necessary. Qualifications: . Proven experience as a bricklaying foreman or similar . Extensive knowledge of bricklaying techniques and materials. .Strong leadership and organizational skills. .Reading and setting out from drawings .Strong communication skills. Relevant certifications minimum SSSTS
