This role will suit an experienced and ambitious individual who is able to carry out all aspects of plumbing and heating works to our valued customer Duties will include but not limited to the following; Installing or maintaining heating systems Landlord certificates Boiler servicing & breakdowns Boiler changes Emergency repairs General plumbing & heating Accurate reporting of work. To be suitable for this Gas Engineer/ Plumber you must have: Own hand tools Extensive knowledge of boiler breakdowns/fault finding Hold a full and clean UK Driving License Have at least 3 years experience as a Gas Safe engineer Good communication skills, excellent time keeping and a professional manner Current ACS gas qualifications essential Able to work under pressure and deadlines using their own initiative This Gas Engineer/ Plumber role would suit someone well experienced, possibly someone who has had their own business previously and is looking for a secure role. The successful applicant will be positive, conscientious, a reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good attitude. Salary negotiable depending on the candidates experience, abilities and qualifications. A company van is provided along with fuel card, power tools and uniform.

Job Overview: We are looking for an Electrical QS with NICEIC registration to join our in house technincal team. The ideal candidate will have experience working across London and the South East. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out electrical testing and inspection in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct electrical installations and maintenance in line with NICEIC standards. Produce remedial quotes from EICRS and site surveys. Provide technical support to the engineering team. Perform testing and inspection tasks, holding valid 2391 certification. Manage and coordinate site work across various locations in London, within the M25 Collaborate with project teams to ensure electrical works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Prepare and submit quotes and detailed job specifications. Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and site activities. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly. Qualifications and Experience: NICEIC registered electrician. Valid 2391 Test & Inspect certification. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join us to provide electrical and remedial services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) testing. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct EICR testing and inspections to ensure all electrical installations comply with current regulations. Perform routine electrical testing and maintenance. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Complete EICR certifications and accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs. Collaborate with the technical team to help produce remedial estimates. Qualifications: 18th Edition NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 in Inspection and Testing (preferred) Proven experience in EICR testing and electrical testing. Full UK Driving Licence Essential: The successful candidate must have solid testing experience and the ability/ knowledge to complete EICRS. This position will see you support the Technical department with key tasks. This is a brilliant opportunity for a technically minded and well organised person to take on a new position in the electrical services industry. This will be a fast-paced role, within which excellent attention to detail and data entry skills are required. This role would suit a trainee/ or junior Electrician who may prefer an office role rather than a site based based engineering role. The Technical Support Administrator will be Responsible for: Preparing estimates, EICR's, PAT tests, Fire Alarm certificates. Cross-checking information to ensure 100% accuracy prior to submitting. Accurate data input of information onto certificate software (NAPIT fastest, Trimble etc) Data entry and associated administrative support. The ideal candidate for this role will be computer literate, with the ability to learn quickly. You will need to be able to work to speed to ensure high volumes of data are processed accurately and according to targets. Excellent typing and literacy skills are required with the ability to communicate efficiently.
