Duct Fitters Mate / Mechanical Mate required for a project starting in Penzance. Shift Rate: £250 Per Shift Working Hours: 5pm to 2am Monday to Thursday Duration: Work until Friday 13th March Duties: Assisting qualified Duct Fitters on a refurbishment project. CSCS Card and previous experience in a similar role required. A DBS Check will be required, this will be paid for by our client. Other cerftificates such as Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling or Working At Heights would be an advatange.

Mechanical Mate required for 3 evening shifts on a commercial refurbishment. Shift Rate: £225 Hours: 5pm to 2am Wednesday 25th - Friday 27th February Ideal applicants will have mechanical experience, it will be assisting Duct Fitters on site. CSCS Card required and a CRB wil be processed and paid for by our client. Any additional tickets such as Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling or Working At Heights would be an advantage but not essential.

Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of complex building services projects across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. This role is critical in managing and ensuring technical compliance, controlling budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope across a variety of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial. Ideal candidates will posses IOSH or SMSTS. Flexibility is a must, although standard hours are 8am to 5pm many sites are running into the evenings/nights and may require a weekly visit. Must have experience overseeing several project at once with around 500k of live work usually spread across a number of sites. Experience using SIMPRO would be an advantage. Project Management qualifications such a PRINCE2, PMP / AMP would be an advantage. This role is a permanent position on offer.
