This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership, influence commercial strategy, and play a key role in driving the company s continued growth within the clean energy sector. This is a hands-on, business-critical position offering genuine influence and the opportunity to shape commercial processes and future growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and agree client contracts (with Commercial Director support) Own and manage supply chain contracts and performance Oversee forecasting for business revenue and margin Manage and mentor a Junior Quantity Surveyor Ensure robust cost control, CVR reporting, and commercial compliance Support strategic decision-making to optimise business performance Requirements: Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor (Senior or Project level) Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT or NEC) Experience within renewables, M&E, or infrastructure sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar Why Join? As the Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the electrical scope from design through to commissioning, ensuring successful delivery across all project stages. You'll work closely with the design, commercial, and construction teams to drive quality, safety, and programme excellence. The project is currently on its pre-construction phase (around 5 months remaining) before progressing into an exciting 12+ month build phase. Seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for an MEP Contractor's FM Division to be based in and around Canary Wharf and Poplar. (Must have residential experience). Description of Works: Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems and equipment ie plumbing and heating Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to heating-related issues. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
