Job Title: Site Manager - Retail Fit-Out Location: Scotland Salary: 280 - 300 Job Type: Permanent / Contract Optio Resourcing is working with a leading retail fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to run live retail construction projects across Scotland. The Role: Managing day-to-day delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment projects from mobilisation to handover Overseeing subcontractors, programme, and site safety Liaising directly with client stakeholders and store operations teams Ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand specification Managing out-of-hours/live trading environment works where required About You: Proven site management experience within retail construction/fit-out SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), and First Aid at Work essential Strong programme and subcontractor management skills Full UK driving licence, willing to travel across Scotland About Optio: Optio Resourcing is a specialist recruitment consultancy for the retail construction and fit-out sector, placing Site Managers, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers nationwide.
