Site Manager, EV Infrastructure Project Location: Whetstone, North London, N20 Rate: 280 per shift Start Date: Monday 18th May Duration: Approx. 3 weeks Interview: Tuesday at 14:00 via Teams We are recruiting for a Site Manager to support a short term EV infrastructure project at a live retail site in Whetstone, North London. The project involves off site civils works, including a short road crossing / carriageway section, trenching, service checks, utility plans, permits, and support through energisation and commissioning. This would suit a Site Manager with experience across EV infrastructure, civils, utilities, ICP works, substations, or similar live environment projects. Role details Managing daily site activity Overseeing civils and trenching works Ensuring works are carried out safely and correctly Reviewing permits, utility plans and excavation areas Managing subcontractors and site paperwork Maintaining health and safety standards on a live retail site Liaising with the Project Manager and wider delivery team Supporting the project through energisation and commissioning Requirements SMSTS First Aid CSCS, ideally Black or management level Strong civils, utilities, substation, ICP, EV, or infrastructure background Experience managing excavation / trenching works Good understanding of permits, utility drawings and safe digging practices Able to start Monday 18th May Available for a Teams interview Tuesday at 14:00 Project This is an EV infrastructure project for a well established national contractor. The initial requirement is around 3 weeks, but there may be further opportunities on similar projects for the right person.

Site Manager Battery Storage (BESS Project) South Wales (Dowlais area) £280 per shift 6 7 month project We are currently looking for a Site Manager for a utility scale battery storage project based in South Wales. This is a 20MW BESS scheme involving civils, electrical installation, and full construction through to commissioning. The site is already established, so the role will focus on managing delivery rather than early stage setup. The client is looking for a Site Manager who can take ownership of the project, represent the business on site, and manage works independently without the need for close supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Day to day site management of a live battery storage project • Overseeing civils and electrical installation works • Managing subcontractors and ensuring programme is maintained • RAMS, site reporting, and general site documentation • Acting as the main point of contact on site for the client Requirements: • SMSTS • First Aid • NVQ Level 6 (Black CSCS Card) preferred • Experience within renewables, battery storage, or similar infrastructure projects • Strong civils and or electrical background • Ability to run a site independently and take full ownership Desirable: • IOSH or NEBOSH • Knowledge of electrical standards and regulations • Previous experience on BESS or renewable energy projects This role would suit a Site Manager who is comfortable being the lead on site, making decisions, and delivering the project through to completion. Site Manager, Bristol, Cat B Office Fit Out We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Cat B commercial office fit out in central Bristol. This is a 10 week project due to start in June, focused on the refurbishment of office space including partition walls, acoustic ceilings, power, data and air conditioning works. The right person will come from a commercial fit out or shop fitting background and will be confident running day to day site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining standards on site and keeping works moving to programme. Pay rate is 280 per shift.
