Job Description CCL are currently working with a client in the renewable energy sector who is seeking a Load Out Coordinator to support offshore logistics and pre-assembly hub operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all load-out activities, ensuring materials, tooling, and documentation are prepared, compliant, and safely transferred for offshore installation. Location: Inverness, Scotland Type of Contract: 5 Month Contract (Inside IR35) Responsibilities: Coordinate and confirm components ready for load-out in collaboration with construction and assembly teams Supervise receipt, storage, and preparation of materials at the logistics hub and quayside Ensure all equipment is compliant, certified, and ready for offshore transport Manage load-out documentation including checklists, certificates, and activity records Oversee safe handling, storage, and transportation of components prior to vessel arrival Liaise with vessel crew, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient operations Supervise contractor activities including crane operations, rigging, and material handling Ensure readiness of quayside operations for vessel mobilisation and departure Monitor load-out activities and ensure compliance with project procedures and safety standards Support forecasting and planning of future load-out activities Manage tooling and material storage, including return and claim processes Capture and report any changes in scope, schedule, or risks Escalate any issues impacting safety, schedule, or commercial delivery Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures are implemented at the logistics hub Collaborate with offshore construction and assembly teams for coordinated operations (SIMOPS) Maintain accurate records of load-out sequences, plans, and documentation Verify all materials, tools, and PPE are available, certified, and fit for purpose Complete and sign readiness checks prior to load-out Support vessel preparation, shifting, and departure activities Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with agreed processes Report any damage, incidents, or quality issues to relevant teams Requirements: Experience in offshore wind, marine logistics, or heavy industrial projects Strong understanding of load-out operations, lifting, and material handling Experience working in a port, logistics hub, or construction environment Knowledge of HSE regulations and safe working practices Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors Strong organisational and documentation skills

The Load Out Coordinators with the support of Offshore Construction Manager and have, under their scope, the following responsibilities: Collaborate with other managers to determine components ready for Load Out. Confirm the components ready for Load Out. Coordinate and supervise receiving of the components at quay and ready for Load Out certificate s procedures. Oversee readiness for Ready for Load Out completion in the hub organization. Control components readiness status level and ensure availability of components ready for Load Out. Keep records on Load Out activity. Assist in forecasting to plan future Load Out. Oversee tooling management for Load Out activities. The Load Out Coordinator shall perform the following services under this SOW: Collaborate with the GE construction lead prior vessel arrival at Preassembly Logistic Hub Ensure all aspects of the company s Health, Safety and Environmental procedures as they apply to the logistic hub are implemented at Quay Optimise/Define material supply process with all stake holders for offshore needs Keep records on all activities (Load out sequence, load out Checklist, load out plan, load out Contact list) Collaborate with the Tower Assembly manager for any SIMOPS and coactivity Manage material & tools storage at HUB for offshore needs Coordinate Material & Tools return after failure, support claim management Focal for ensuring that all project related materials /equipment, procured or free issued, has arrived at the logistic hub together with all required documentation (certificates, user manuals etc). Supervise the safe storage of equipment prior port call in accordance with Load out requirements Coordinate and supervise material and tools reception before going offshore Responsible for preparations of the quayside with regards to vessel arrival Supervise safe transportation equipment to quayside, handling of equipment on quayside within the reach of vessel cranes by the contractor Ensure contractor provides supply of forklifts and mobile cranes as required Liaise with the Vessel Master, Storeman, Construction lead and Agent as and when required Check & confirm positioning of main components on quay according to quay layout drawing by the contractor Complete and sign pre-load out readiness check list with certificates for main components Visually inspect and check that all equipment to be loaded are present and packed, ready for load out before the vessel arrives. Retrieve the Ready for load out certificate of the components Hand over the Ready for load out certificate of the components to the offshore construction manager Ensure contractor positions onshore crane and supervise rigging preparation by contractor Assist onshore operation during vessel shifting preparatory work Assist onshore operation during vessel preparation for departure Confirm with subcontractor that Tooling, Material and PPE used for the operation is available, incl. certificate (when applicable). Monitor operations performed by the contractor on main WTG components during Load out. Collect all required documentation provided by the contractor at the end of the operation and update IT system accordingly. Share any EHS or damage Reports with the EHS or Quality team. Capture and escalate all changes in scope, schedule, and financials. Advise of any major issues, especially those affecting EHS, commercial or schedule aspects of the contract for the Logistic Leader to review and address
