We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking CPCS / NPORS Carded Telehandler Operator for a Large Residential New Build Project in Warton (PR4) We are currently supplying a Large Residential New Build Site in Warton (PR4) whom are actively in the market for skilled & experienced Telehandler Operators to join their reputable project. Working hours Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30pm Finish - with possible overtime on offer at the weekends. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their expereicne in this field i.e. Residential New Build Experience - this will be demonstrated through up-to-date references and work history. A Complete Drug & Alcohol Cert IS REQUIRED or we at Northbuild can complete this with successful operatives.

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work for an established and highly respected housebuilder based in the North West. You will initially be managing a long term residential project based in Crewe. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the construction site. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, as well as liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of operations. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a similar position within the construction industry. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and construction processes is essential, along with SMSTS, First Aid and a valid CSCS card. We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking fo fill the below position for an IMMEDIATE start: CSCS Carded Handyman required to start IMMEDIATELY on a Large Residendial New Build Site in Lancaster (LA1) working on Traditional Build & Timber Frame Properties with duties to follow an Internal Snagging list to complete remedial fixes such as: - Patching work - Mastic & silicoln works - Painting touch ups / fixes - Basic joinery fittings & arks etc - Associated snagging tasks. Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 paying up to 40 TO 45hrs a week minimum at - CIS Payment is available Past Residential experience is highly sought after with relevant references. CSCS Carded labourer / site operative required for an IMMEDIATE START on a Large Residential New Build Site in Kendal. Previous experience in a similar role completing these duties is highly valuable accompanied with recent & relveant referencs to secure this position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30am to 16:30pm 8.5 / 9hrs a day paid at £16.50ph CIS or UMBRELLA on a weekly basis - LONG TERM ROLE.

Working in 2x2m Bathrooms Tiling 6/7 Tiles then skimming off the rest of the bathroom walls and moving between properties. • Cleans walls and ceilings to remove dust, grease, or old paint. • Applies bonding agents or primers if required. • Checks for dampness or structural issues that need fixing before plastering.
