We are currently seeking a Telehandloer Op to Start on Stone on Trent College as they develop new and update facilities, Working closely with the Civils & Groundworks teams as they set out and complete all associated Groudnworks tasks. Working hours Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30pm Finish - with possible overtime on offer at the weekends. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their expereicne in this field i.e. Residential New Build Experience - this will be demonstrated through up-to-date references and work history.

Working in 2x2m Bathrooms Tiling 6/7 Tiles then skimming off the rest of the bathroom walls and moving between properties. • Cleans walls and ceilings to remove dust, grease, or old paint. • Applies bonding agents or primers if required. • Checks for dampness or structural issues that need fixing before plastering. Cutting & Fitting & Laying New Tiles Grouting & Sealing new foundations in properties Complete surface preparation and environment control
