We're recruiting for a well-established, award-winning construction contractor that specialises in structural waterproofing. They work on a variety of interesting projects, from heritage buildings to modern commercial developments. They're now looking to grow their team of site operatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. The Role: Working alongside the Senior Operative, assisting in the installation & maintenance of waterproofing systems across a range of sites (full training provided) Work both locally and in London (travel required) Follow technical instructions and site plans Assist in carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance on products and systems Diagnose faults and perform repairs or component replacements Accurately record service details via a mobile app Interact professionally with clients and site contacts Ensure health & safety compliance at all times What You'll Need: CSCS card (preferred) Site experience and basic understanding of construction processes A practical mindset - any skills in electrics, carpentry or other trade would be advantageous Full UK driving licence (essential) Good communication skills and attention to detail Willing to travel and undergo a DBS check What's on Offer: Full on-the-job training from experienced professionals External training courses and career progression Fully expensed company vehicle, fuel card, tools and uniform Competitive salary Annual profit share bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension, sick pay and optional overtime
