You must have proven experience in constructio bid writing as well as tender managment and come with demonstrable experience in working on public sector frameworks and commercial tenders. experience with supporting bids for emergency services, defence and the wider blue light community is desireable. You must have excellent attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading skills, also the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. you must have experience using microsft packages as well as in desgin and tender portals. The prefered candidate will have in-depth industry health and safety knowledge as well as a great grasp of industry ISO standards. you'll be highly organised and a be able to communicate effectively across multiple teams. You must have experience on commecrial and refurbishment projects. You must hold the following: A valid CSCS card - Must be at managemnt level SMSTS First aid Ideally HNC in construction management (eqivalent) or qualified by experience. We are looking for a strong hardworking Skilled labourer to join a site in Reading. The contract will be upto 6 months with some breaks in between work to allow set up for the next part of the project. Your workload will consist of: Loading and unloading materials on site. Mixing resin materials, you will be supervised and full training given. Preperation works on site, such as grinding floors, making good etc. Liasing with internals teams and undertaking on site stock takes Site clearance and final clean. You must have good all around knowledge on all types of projects, mainly refurbishment. You'll be carrying out 1st and 2nd fix works on offices, schools and some commercial building so if you're succesfull a DBS check will be required, ideal if you have a valid DBS.
