Permanent, full time. The Company Lemon Drizzle Recruitment has been appointed to support a growing Earthworks and Ground Remediation Contractor in the search of a Plant Manager. This is a new and exciting role for the business. They deliver bulk earthworks and ground remediation for commercial, industrial and residential build projects across the UK. With a close-knit team based in Chorley, they offer genuine progression opportunities within a business that values collaboration, autonomy and long-term development. The Role This is a key operational and commercial role responsible for managing the company s plant fleet and maximising utilisation across internal projects and external hires. Working closely with the Commercial Director and Construction Director, you will coordinate plant resources, support project delivery, and help develop new client relationships. While predominantly office-based, the role offers hybrid and flexible working to suit the right individual.
